Terms & Conditions
• Gift vouchers are only redeemable at Halo Rentals (52 Vulture St, West End).
• Gift vouchers are digital and paperless. A physical voucher is not available unless you print it yourself.
• Gift vouchers sales are final, non refundable, non transferable and non replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. Any unused parts of this voucher cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. It will be forfeited.
• Gift vouchers are to be used only for personal gifting and cannot be used for promotional or commercial awards and/or purposes. Halo Rentals reserves the right to cancel or refund any unauthorized use of vouchers.
• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed through any 3rd party websites.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase date. Bookings are subject to availability.
Redemption Instructions
• Call the Halo Rentals team via 0433 599 669 or email hello@old.halorentals.com.au to make an advanced booking.
• Bookings are advised.
• Should you wish to change your Gift Voucher booking, please advise the Halo Rentals team at least 5 business days prior to your initial booking. You will need to pay any overage if you wish to extend the rental or add on any higher value other than what is indicated on the original voucher.
• When you arrive at Halo Rentals, present your digital or printed gift voucher upon arrival. Ensure you are the recipient on the voucher and have a valid identification document (Halo Rentals reserves the right to refuse the gift voucher if the valid identification document does not match the name on the gift voucher).
• The team will validate and process the voucher.
